We believe in the power of data science to transform the hiring process.
When co-founders Sham and Rasheed met to play squash, they found that they spent less time on the court, and more time sharing their passion for data and hiring.
Companies in every industry from finance to healthcare are increasingly seeking to hire data scientists, but many firms do not have the resources to identify truly outstanding candidates. Generalized job titles, undifferentiated sourcing strategies, and inconsistent skill validation muddy the hiring process. The need for such skills is outpacing supply, putting top applicants in high demand.
Correlation One provides the answers. Our products and services help employers optimize their hiring of data science, quantitative and technical candidates. High-performance employees are as desired as ever, and our team of engineers, scientists, and business development professionals will ensure that you get them onto your team.
