TIME COMMITMENT 

Mentorship sessions in DS4A are typically advised to have a duration of 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing mentors to impart their valuable real-world experience and industry insights to the Fellows.

Our mentors are paired with Fellows from diverse backgrounds, with a special focus on those underrepresented in the industry. This program prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that mentorship opportunities are available to individuals who aspire to be strong candidates for any data-related position.
