We're excited to kick of this immersive learning experience designed to equip you with the skills to harness Gen AI for real-world impact in Revenue Growth Management. Build Foundational GenAI Skills: Develop prompt engineering and workflow design skills by actively building and refining AI assistants.


 Apply GenAI Tools to Real-World Tasks: Gain confidence in solving business problems by developing AI assistants for practical applications.

 Integrate AI Assistants for Strategic Impact: Embed AI assistants into daily commercial processes to reduce manual analysis and boost strategic decision-making.

USE THE CAPSTONE PROJECT TO APPLY YOUR GEN AI SKILLS TO YOUR ROLE AT COLGATE

In teams of 3–4 participants, you will apply what you’ve learned to build or enhance a Gen AI assistant that solves a real-world business challenge within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) space.

 

Project Objective

Participants will select a relevant business area, analyze data to uncover key insights, and construct a Gen AI assistant prototype that culminates in actionable recommendations for improvement.

 

Team Structure 

Small teams of 3-4 participants 

 

Project Development 

each week's class will focus on a different component of the capstone project, with additional post-session work to be completed in teams.

 

Final deliverable

A comprehensive 5-minute presentation merging all project components to be presented during Demo Day.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

TIME COMMITMENT 
 
This program spans approximately 8 weeks. it includes:
 

1) Six 90-minute weekly live virtual sessions 
 
2) 30-60 minutes of individual or team project work per week 
 
3) 1-2 lighter weeks after the final session for project refinement and preparation 
 
4) A live capstone presentation during Demo Day 

PROGRAM LOGISTICS

Live Sessions Will be held weekly on Google Meet 

You will be added to a shared calendar for all sessions. Please ensure you accept the invitations to confirm your attendance 

All program-related communication will take place in Google Chats, including a general cohort chat and team-specific channels for collaboration

 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE & LOGISTICS 

Weekly Interactive Sessions: Six interactive 90-minute virtual workshops with real-world applications 

Hands-on AI Activities: Learn through real-world use cases and simulation

Capstone Presentations: Work with your team to prototype or refine a Gen AI assistant that showcases how AI can enhance real-world workflows and drive efficiency 

Coach and Peer Feedback: Drop-in office hours and personalized guidance from your AI Coach Priyam Gupta

All essential learning materials, including session slides, and additional project resources, will be available in the Google Drive folder. Review these materials regularly.

Week 1– GenAI Foundations for RGM

  • Introduction to GenAI & assistant design concepts 
  • Explore specific RGM use cases 
  • Identify RGM pain points & explore promo, pricing, and pack size management 

Week 2 – Prompt Engineering for RGM

Thursday, July 17th, 2:00 PM CEST:

  • Develop prompts linked to promo, pricing & pack size challenges 
  • Build initial prompt libraries for idea generation & data synthesis 

Week 3 – Prototype RGM Assistants

Thursday, July 24th, 2:00 PM CEST:

  • Prototype assistants aligned to the chosen lever
  • Test assistants’ ability to produce diverse ideas
  • Refine based on commercial relevance & actionability

Week 4 – Gen AI Assistant Testing & Refinement 

Thursday, July 31st, 2:00 PM CEST:

  • Test assistant robustness with real-world edge cases
  • Continuously improve assistant performance based on feedback

Week 5 – GenAI Assistant Localization 

Thursday, August 7th, 2:00 PM CEST:

  • Learn approaches for localizing assistants across priority markets
  • Develop strategies for effective and relevant implementation

Week 6 – Implementation Plan 

Thursday, August 14th, 2:00 PM CEST:

  • Finalize assistants for divisional use
  • Plan communication, & training timelines
  • Define roadmap for rollout & adoption

Week 7 – Demo Day Prep  Week (no live session) 

Thursday, August 118th - 22nd:

This week we won’t be having a live lecture, it will be all about giving you the time and support to finalize your capstone project and get ready for Demo Day.
  • Prep Time for Participants – Dedicated time to finalize your project
  • Coach Support – Priyam Gupta will be available for team prep meetings
  • Dry Runs – Teams will schedule practice sessions to refine their final presentations

 

Week 8 – Demo Day! 

Date - TBA, 2:00 PM CEST:

  • Demonstrate the GenAI assistants to stakeholders
  • Showcase the implementation strategy and ROI
  • Gather feedback and celebrate the achievements of the team
