We're excited to kick of this immersive learning experience designed to equip you with the skills to harness Gen AI for real-world impact in Revenue Growth Management. Build Foundational GenAI Skills: Develop prompt engineering and workflow design skills by actively building and refining AI assistants.
Apply GenAI Tools to Real-World Tasks: Gain confidence in solving business problems by developing AI assistants for practical applications.
Integrate AI Assistants for Strategic Impact: Embed AI assistants into daily commercial processes to reduce manual analysis and boost strategic decision-making.
In teams of 3–4 participants, you will apply what you’ve learned to build or enhance a Gen AI assistant that solves a real-world business challenge within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) space.
Project Objective
Participants will select a relevant business area, analyze data to uncover key insights, and construct a Gen AI assistant prototype that culminates in actionable recommendations for improvement.
Team Structure
Small teams of 3-4 participants
Project Development
each week's class will focus on a different component of the capstone project, with additional post-session work to be completed in teams.
Final deliverable
A comprehensive 5-minute presentation merging all project components to be presented during Demo Day.

1) Six 90-minute weekly live virtual sessions
2) 30-60 minutes of individual or team project work per week
3) 1-2 lighter weeks after the final session for project refinement and preparation
4) A live capstone presentation during Demo Day
