We're empowering the workforce for the jobs of tomorrow.

Our mission

We want to create equal access to the data-driven jobs of the future and unlock diverse human potential at scale.

Data and digital literacy are the most important skills for the future of work. Yet, pervasive structural barriers hinder equitable access to vital training. This leads to widening skills gaps within organizations and feelings of stagnation among workers.

In response, we're democratizing access to key skills through employer-sponsored training, ensuring that every individual can thrive in the digital age.

Our approach

In a world inundated with generic courses, the true value of learning lies in tailoring solutions that are integrated into team workflows and cater to specific business needs. Customizing our curriculum to address each organization's unique and most pressing requirements is at the core of our approach. This includes integrating new technologies and honing skills tailored to roles that organizations find challenging to fill.

We ground our learning into tangible company-specific projects and career tracks, which translate into cost savings, revenue growth, and nurtured career pathways. We also remain at the forefront of innovation and evolving digital skills, empowering individuals to bridge crucial skills gaps and providing employers with access to the right talent and mobility solutions.

OUR JOURNEY THUS FAR

Since the start of Correlation One in 2015, we have launched training initiatives across 10 different countries, established a network of leading experts who are deeply invested in our learners' growth, and enabled tens of thousands of learners to gain critical skills and unlock new career opportunities.

We work with some of the world's largest enterprises and government organizations, including Amazon, Target, and the US Department of Defense. We're proud to help them develop talent and close data, digital, and technology skill gaps all while empowering underrepresented segments of the workforce.

Through our partnerships with forward-thinking organizations, we’re able to assess critical business and workforce development needs and design solutions that drive meaningful impact for our customers and their employees.
