Rasheed Sabar
Co-founder & CO-CEO
Rasheed is responsible for setting Correlation One's strategic vision. Prior to launching Correlation One, Rasheed operated as a hedge fund manager in the quantitative finance industry, where he built a highly successful quantitative trading fund from the ground up. Rasheed graduated summa cum laude from Harvard with a degree in the humanities, has published several papers in theoretical mathematics, and has over a decade of experience building businesses and generating significant revenues.
Sham Mustafa
Co-founder & CO-CEO
Sham spearheads Correlation One's growth and business development strategies, leading engagements with key clients such as Amazon, the U.S. Department of Defense, USAID, and Citadel. He also authors national technical skills benchmarking reports, aiding policymakers in workforce upskilling for the AI era. Before launching Correlation One, Sham led Operations at two specialty finance firms and provided advisory services to over 600 businesses in New York. Earlier in his career, Sham practiced criminal defense law in India. He holds an MBA and MPA from Columbia University and an LLB from the University of Madras.

Chief Operating Officer
Andrew leads Business Operations at Correlation One, and is focused on delivering fantastic talent solutions for Correlation One's enterprise clients. Prior to Correlation One, Andrew managed go-to-market strategy for the Salesforce1 Platform. He has also held investment management positions at both JPMorgan and ValueAct Capital. Andrew holds a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Matt Hoffberg
Chief Product Officer
Matt oversees Correlation One’s product strategy and leads the product management, design, and learning experience teams. Prior to joining Correlation One, Matt led Pearson Education’s digital innovation team for higher education and workforce skills and was CEO of an edtech startup focused on digital transcripts. Earlier in his career, Matt led the development of Macromedia’s flagship product initiative (Studio), which helped establish the core of Adobe’s Creative Cloud when Macromedia was acquired by Adobe. Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University.
Nitin Garg
Chief Technology Officer
Nitin Garg is a seasoned AI/ML technology executive with domain experience across Voice Assistants, Maps, Pricing Technology and eCommerce. Nitin’s tech-driven innovations over the last decade have created a top-line impact of $1B+ across Uber, Apple and Amazon. Nitin has expertise in building and scaling nascent engineering teams to mature full-fledged engineering organizations. Earlier in his career, Nitin led 3 startups to successful exits through IPOs and acquisitions. Nitin holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, an MS in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MBA from the University

John Nelson
Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth
As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth at Correlation One, John oversees the go-to-market teams. Previously, John spent four years with Pearson Education as the Vice President for University Partnerships where he worked with senior leaders at large universities to launch innovative online degree programs. He has also held senior account management and business development roles in multiple entrepreneurial ventures, as well as with American Express. John holds a BA in Philosophy from Haverford College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John leads Operations, with a focus on client service. At Correlation One, John has built successful training solutions for large enterprises around the world, including Amazon, the Government of Colombia, and U.S. Department of Defense. Prior to Correlation One, John worked in the strategy practice at L.E.K. Consulting in New York, and before that, in Government Affairs in Washington, D.C. John has contributed commentary on business for outlets including Barron's, Fortune, and Time. He holds a BA from the University of Virginia, an MA from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, where he was a Dean's Fellow.

Vice President of People Operations
Janna leads people operations and recruitment strategy at Correlation One. In this role, she focuses on fostering a people-centric culture, a commitment to diversity and an extraordinary work experience for all employees. Prior to joining Correlation One, Janna led Talent Acquisition at a prop tech hyper growth startup and an HR tech company where she established recruitment and developed talent and culture-focused initiatives. Janna holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Bay Path University and an MBA from Albertus Magnus College.
