Explore the employment, skills and career outcomes of women who completed Cyber Advance, a 20-week cybersecurity training programme delivered in Jordan and Egypt with support from the U.S. Department of State.

  • Employment among surveyed completers increased from 35% at baseline to 66% at endline
  • 80% of completers had held paid work at some point since the programme began
  • 71% of participants entering employment secured roles as cybersecurity analysts or IT technicians
