What to Expect?
We are continuing to build on the success of the pilot cohort with Johnson & Johnson’s R&D Quality (RDQ) team members in 2023, but expanding the training and focusing on core skills that will best propel participants to succeed in today's data-centric world. This program aims to elevate employees’ data skills, support career advancement, and enhance employee business impact throughout Johnson & Johnson.
Engage with Data Experts: Participate in dynamic, interactive online sessions led by top data professionals.
Practical Application: Collaborate in teams to tackle real business challenges using data, applying your new skills directly to your work.
Personalized Support: Benefit from dedicated data coaches who will guide you through your capstone project.
Capstone Presentations: In the final week, learn from your peers as each team presents their data-driven solutions to common business problems.
