The Fellowship is virtual and synchronous with live instruction. It is conducted entirely using Correlation One’s online training platform, which combines web-based tools like Zoom and Slack for an engaging, hands-on learning experience.

During admissions, you will indicate your time availability. You will be assigned to a cohort that runs live sessions when you are available or as close to your availability as possible.

Once you complete your enrollment in the Fellowship program, you will be invited to an onboarding session to meet the Correlation One staff who will accompany you in your learning journey, including the Program Managers, Career Operations Managers, and Operations Analysts. If selected to join the technical training program, you will also be introduced to your Lead Instructors and Teaching Assistants.

The Correlation One team will be there to offer you the support you need to succeed.

You will be assigned a Career Success Coach (CSC) in the first week of your professional development training.

Our CSCs are experienced with the expectations of global and regional employers, whose role is to help you position yourself for roles at global firms, manage a successful job search, and ease into a professional work environment.

Participants who remain engaged for the entire program will receive a completion certificate. Participants who meet the graduation requirements will be awarded a graduation certificate, and those who exceed expectations will be awarded a Correlation One honor certificate.

We aim to graduate exceptional talent well-positioned to become influential leaders in their communities. Based on feedback from their peers, we will award a select group of participants additional community award badges.
